Palmcard vs SalesEcho: two live call assistants compared

Updated 27 October 2026 · By the Palmcard team

Short answerSalesEcho and Palmcard are in the same category: both help you during a live call. SalesEcho adds roleplay practice, battle cards and live sentiment, and lists a $29 monthly plan. Palmcard answers from your own documents, writes the line in 25 languages, and has plans from €9 a month. Which suits you depends on your calls, so test both.

Competitor facts come from the vendor's own pages, checked on the date shown. We have not tested SalesEcho. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on their site.

Most tools compared on this site are note takers. SalesEcho is different: it is a real-time call assistant like Palmcard, so this is the fairest like-for-like comparison we can offer. We have not tested SalesEcho ourselves. Everything below comes from SalesEcho's website and privacy policy, checked on 27 Oct 2026, and we say where we could not confirm something. We cannot tell you whose suggestions are better, and you should not take a vendor's word for that.

Where SalesEcho is better

  • Roleplay practice. SalesEcho lets you rehearse against an AI buyer, with 10 practice calls a day on Radar. Palmcard prepares you with a brief and helps live, but has no roleplay mode. For a new salesperson this is a real advantage.
  • Battle cards and live sentiment. SalesEcho describes battle cards and a live sentiment reading during the call. Palmcard does not have a sentiment indicator.
  • A built-in scorecard. A scored review after each call suits managers who coach a team.
  • A $1 trial and an enterprise tier. SalesEcho's trial is short but cheap and lets you try the paid product. It also lists a custom Enterprise plan for larger teams.
  • More transcription languages. It transcribes 32 languages, against Palmcard's 25, although its coaching is English only today.

Where Palmcard is better

  • Live help in 25 languages. Palmcard transcribes the call in the language spoken and writes the line in that language, with the meaning shown in yours. SalesEcho's coaching is English only, according to its own page. If you sell in Spanish or German, this decides it. See live translation for calls.
  • Lower entry price. Plans start at €9 a month for 3 call-hours, €19 for 10. SalesEcho's cheapest paid plan is $29. The units differ, so compare against your own call volume.
  • Answers from your own documents. Palmcard answers pricing questions and objections from what you gave it. When it does not know, it tells you to say you will check, and never invents prices or features.
  • A free trial with no card. 3 days and 10 minutes of real calls, nothing to pay.
  • Memory across calls with the same person and a voice profile, on the Pro plan.
  • Clear data handling. Transcripts, summaries, documents and your voice profile stay on your computer. While it listens, audio goes to its transcription provider (Deepgram, EU servers) and text to the AI service you choose in the app, some of which are in the US. SalesEcho's privacy policy says it retains audio and transcripts until deletion is requested. See our security and privacy page.

We could not find consent behaviour described on SalesEcho's pages. Palmcard reminds you at the start of every call to say it is transcribed.

Using both together

Two live assistants on the same call would mean two cards competing for your attention, which does not help. A workable split is to practise with SalesEcho's roleplay before the call, then use Palmcard live, if you want both strengths. In practice most people will pick one live tool and test it on a few real calls first. Use the trials: SalesEcho's costs $1, Palmcard's is free for 10 minutes of calls. Where calls are transcribed, tell the other person at the start. See is it legal to use AI on calls.

A pricing question, as it appears on Palmcard's card

You It depends on how many calls your team runs. I'd rather check than guess. Can I send you exact numbers today?
