About Palmcard
Why Palmcard exists
Palmcard started from a simple, repeated problem: on a call in a second language, you understand the question, but finding the words takes a beat too long, and people notice the beat. The same freeze happens to anyone put on the spot with a pricing question or an objection they did not prepare for.
So the idea was a small helper that hears both sides of the call and puts a useful line in front of you in about a second, in your own words, without joining the meeting or showing up as another participant.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Honest answers. If the answer is not in your documents, Palmcard tells you to say so and come back. It does not invent prices, features or results.
- Open use. Anything that transcribes a call should be mentioned to the other person. Palmcard reminds you at the start of every call.
- Your data stays yours. Transcripts and documents stay on your computer unless you choose otherwise. See security and privacy.
- Numbers we can measure. The 0.5 to 1.1 second reply time is from our own end-to-end tests, and we say so.

How the pages on this site are written
The guides and comparison pages are written by the Palmcard team with AI assistance. Facts about other products and about laws are checked against official or reputable sources on the date shown on each page, and the sources are listed at the bottom. Other companies change prices and features, so the date matters. When we could not verify something, we leave it out or say so. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
Comparisons say where the other product is better. You will find them in compare, and the practical guides are in guides.
