How to compare the price with other tools
Many AI meeting tools charge per user and write notes after the call. Palmcard charges by the hours it listens, because most people only need help on a handful of important calls. When you compare, check what the tool does during the call as well as after it, and whether a bot joins your meeting. Pricing questions
How much does Palmcard cost?
Basic is €9 a month for 3 call-hours, Starter €19 for 10, Pro €149 for 40, and Team is from €99 per seat for 30 call-hours each, for three seats or more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 3 days and includes 10 minutes of real calls. You do not need a card to start.
What is a call-hour?
An hour that Palmcard spends listening to a call. We count the minutes it listened on each call, as a number, so we can tell how many hours you have left.
What happens if I use all my hours?
If you have a plan, you can buy 5 extra hours for €10. Extra hours can be used until your plan next renews.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. Plans renew monthly until you cancel, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months or unused hours, except where the law requires it.
Do founding members get a discount?
Yes. Founding members get 25% off for life, applied at checkout.
Will the price change?
We may change prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
